Carrot Cheese Cake

Ingredients:


A - 250 grm cream cheese
- 50 grm butter
- 230 grm castor sugar

- 5 eggs



B - 230 grm flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

C - 100 grm shredded carrot > squeeze out the juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


Method :
1 . Heat the oven at 170 c
2 . Beat ingredient A untill fluffy + eggs & continue beating

3. Add in ingredient B

4. Add in ingredient C
5. Bake using a *Bain Marie method for 60 mint

* also known as a water bath


ready to eat... :)
